Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your lesson, there is a minimum of 48 hours notice before the scheduled lesson time. This is non negotiable. In the event of a cancelled lesson on our end, make up credits will be given to reschedule to a time that suits you. This could be due to staff absence or illness, however a cover teacher will always be in place. Cover tutor does not warrant refund.
